UDS Medical Students Association Swears In New Executives (2018/19)

The Medical Students Association yesterday, the 11th of May. 2018 duly swore in their new crop of leaders for the 2018/2019 Academic year.

This event was held at the UDS ICT Auditorium at 5:30pm. Proceedings were chaired by the immediate past SRC President, Mr. Norbert Mantu Kipo.

Mr. Iddrisu Mohammed Habib, the outgoing MSA President in his speech enumerated the achievements, successes and challenges of his administration. He also offered recommendations to newly elected executives. (Read full speech). He ended by thanking his colleague executives and the general membership of the association; He therefore dedicated the success of his administration to the general membership of MSA.

The newly elected executives were duly sworn in by the judicial board chair and the exchange of files took place immediately after the swearing in.

The newly sworn in President, Mr. Ali also delivered his speech. He promised to do more and to also continue the good works of his predecessor.

The chairman in his closing remarks expressed his satisfaction with regards to the performance of the outgoing administration and charged the incoming administration to continue the works.

The end of tenure of the 2017/18 administration was climaxed later in the night with a bash at the Maya Food Court on Campus.
